Raquel is a associate Director in Guidehouse’s IT & Business Strategy practice. She advises CIOs and CTOs, and has supported diverse IT transformation efforts for federal government and commercial sector clients. Raquel focuses on Guidehouse’s IT strategy, cloud strategy, AI strategy, and technology assessment capabilities. Raquel has more than 15 years of experience developing and implementing solutions that solve complex business challenges, improve efficiency, and increase cost-effectiveness of organizations. She is most passionate about helping leaders use data to drive decisions and achieve strategic goals.
Raquel has managed projects—from strategy to implementation—in the areas of technology and economic assessments, technology modernization/optimization, software development, data analytics and business intelligence, business process improvement, strategic planning, and change management.
Raquel has a bachelor’s degree from Tufts University. She interned on Capitol Hill for Maryland Senator Paul Sarbanes and for Massachusetts State Representative Michael Festa. She also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and change management.
